Since our business provides digital goods, downloadable content, and SaaS-based services, we follow a specific refund and return policy consistent with UK consumer law and international e-commerce standards.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS

All digital products (including AI prompts, digital templates, tools, eBooks, or other downloadable materials) are non-refundable once they have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered to your account or email.

This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. Once access is granted, the value of the product has been received.

However, exceptions may apply under the following circumstances:

  • The digital file provided is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible due to our technical error.
  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a processing error.

In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase at Hello@AIProLand.com with proof of payment, and we will investigate and process a refund if applicable.

3. SaaS SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AI SERVICES

If you purchase a subscription to one of our SaaS tools or AI-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds will not be issued for partial subscription periods or unused services unless required by law.

We may offer a refund or credit if:

  • The service experienced extended technical downtime that prevented normal access for more than 72 consecutive hours.
  • There was a duplicate payment or unauthorized charge.

4. FREE TRIALS AND PROMOTIONS

Certain services may offer a free trial or discounted promotional period.

You are responsible for cancelling your trial before it converts into a paid plan.

Once the paid billing cycle begins, refunds are not available unless explicitly stated in the offer.

We are committed to resolving any issues amicably before a formal complaint is filed.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any proceedings shall be brought before the courts of London, United Kingdom.

6. EU & UK CONSUMER RIGHTS NOTICE

Under UK and EU law, consumers purchasing digital content do not have an automatic right to cancel or request a refund once the download or access has begun, provided they have consented to this at checkout.

By completing a purchase on AIProLand.com, you acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once digital delivery has commenced.

  • A clear description of the issue

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
